Q: Where can I buy Conairphone™ products?
A: Conairphone™ products can be purchased at many national retailers including Kmart, Target, Sears, Rite Aid, Eckerd, and CVS, plus numerous regional retailers including Lowes, Ames, Bradlees, Meijer and Shopko. In addition, select the SHOP ONLINE icon to purchase through our secure webstore, or call toll-free 1-888-999-2804.

Q: What is Voice Time/Day Stamp?
A: If the clock has been set, the voice time/day stamp will automatically record the time and day when an incoming message has been received. A "voice" prompt will then announce that time and day when you play back the message.
Q: How can I screen my calls?
A: All of our Conairphone™ models offer a call screening feature that allows you to listen to incoming calls without answering the phone. If you wish to answer the call, lift the handset of your telephone, and the answering machine will automatically disconnect.
Q: Can I access my answering machine when I'm away from home?
A: All of our answering systems can be operated remotely from a touch tone telephone. You can access your machine by simply entering your personal security code on your telephone keypad. Instructions on how to program/find your code are included in all of our owner's manuals.
Q: What is Toll Saver?
A: This feature lets you know if you have received any new messages before it answers, thus saving long distance costs. When calling your unit to check for your messages, listen to the number of rings. If your phone rings more than two times, you have no new messages. You can hang up on the third ring before your unit answers, and save the cost of the call.
